The problem here is that you don't build to a climax with slow beats, you take the song straight to the point, or start it off that way. It may be a little hard and might take a little work but it will be worth it.

The most important things while making songs is not to rush them just because you have a good melody or sound, and try buying/downloading VSTs such as Refx Nexus or Z3ta+ or Refx Vanguard, which are all great plug-ins and have great techno/trance/dance presets.
