Reminiscence =HFX=

This is a recording from a recent piano recital that I participated in mid-December. I played a few of my songs, Pure Love and Journey being two of them. This one was my final piece. Since they recorded the recital on video and audio, I was able to extract the audio and post it here. The piano at the recital was a Suzuki baby grand with a horribly squeaky pedal.
This song I wrote about.... a good 4 years ago. It was before I knew music theory and all of that. It was also my first full song. I still consider this song to be my best song.

It's a song about reminiscing. Reminiscing of a youth gone by, an innocence past.

I hope everyone will enjoy this song. Please leave a review.

The song is absolutely amazing. I'm not surprised it's your best piece, it's so full of magic and wonder. It really does make you reminisce on the past and feel at peace.

I really don't mind the squeaks, it really brings an old feel to the song and highlights the name.

Just read the Author Comments - although the squeak noise was not intended as part of the song, you should keep it as it really awakens the senses and could be used as a change in one's story or if they were remembering a late pet rodent... AND now I know why I heard some guy dry coughing around 1:13-1:14. If anything needs to be removed, it's that guy.

Surprised that no one else caught that. It's really bothersome.

I actually really like the squeaky pedal. It reminds me of when I used ride on swings.

Amazing. Just wow. Any chance I could get sheet music of this? ^^
