*UPDATE*
I changed a couple of things making it a little longer but I think it sounds much better. And I remembered what I was going to call it.*

I was too fukt up to remember what I was going to title this, thus it's title. If I remeber I'll change it, but alas, I'm still fukt up.

Part of the growing Psykhotik Meltdown series of songs that I'm making, yes for anyone paying attention, I got rid of the D&B part as alot of the newer stuff has no D&B standard to it whatsoever. This is somewhat unique but inspired. I don't know how to classify it other than to claim it as it's own genre. Psykhotik Meltdown has roots in all different genres which can be picked out by those who are truly interested and have some idea about the different styles and whatnot that go into the songs.

Ok. Now that the explanation of the style is over, onto the song itself. This is grounded in jungle, industrial, glitch and, well I hate to say so as I don't want to be pretentious, but IDM. Quite possibly some speedbass to maybe. I don't know. I'm sure Ishkur would have a clue. This guy practically has a degree in electronic music. Hell, he just might have one. Google the name ishkur and you should be able to find his guide. It has samples and an explanation of each genre, what spawned it and his own thoughts on it, which can be really entertaining, like the part about NU Soul and Mariah Carey. DAMN STRAIGHT THAT SHIT AIN'T R&B!!! I hope soon to be able to come up with a way to incorporate real R&B into the meltdown but it'll take some real fingering to do that.

OSCAR THE GROUCH ON CRACK

i like what you are doing .. very hardcore industrial.. very abbrasive,
just one of the sounds was a lil too trebly.. Dont get me wrong i love trashy sounds. kinda sounds like a horror movie when a cyborg is on the loose killing maiming destroying flaying crushing blowing shit up.

I LOVE THE BEAT! kinda like if i took hammers to my drumset abnd replaced the skins with copper sheats.
very creative .. BUT you dont get a ten because of the mix... to loud and trebly.
A nice west coast boom bass would be a nice addition after remixing it.

Pissomatik responds:

Thanks for the compliment. ( x ) :x R. I love Oscar the Grouch and sho do luh me some crizack too. Hmmm...it's funny you mention a cyborg on the loose. Thinking about it, I could totally see that. Maybe I'll try to make a flash video to go with it about a killer cyborg. Heh heh.
OMGGGGGG......I just fucking saw that shit in my head and wish to god we had way to instantly project our visions onto video.
Intro: A man is on a gurney getting surgury from some fuckt up looking scientist then when the drumz and bass kick in you see the cyborg rais up and start pulling all the monitors off, then when that main riff hits, he fucking kills the scientist.
As it progresses you see the syborg killing and maiming during the upbeat part and then when it get's to the softer part he's holding a body on his lap crying. (it's raining).
Then it ends with him losing his mind and he starts attacking himself and ripping out all of the cybernetics and killing himself by literally ripping his own body apart. (Camera from above his body is laying there, pan out, end credits.)
Hori Shiit!
I need a good flash animator, I can't do this .........aaaaaahahahahahahahahahah. NOT FAIR, dude you suck for inspriing this....damn it .....do you know flash? Cause if so you better get to work!
Oh, and I totally agree, a boom bass is definatly what I was lacking.....still working on that though as I have to create the sound myself, I just don't like anything in the FL Studio premades. There isn't any that will fit. Of course, I could possibly just get away with some work on the mixer and add more bass to either the drums or bassline.
