My opinion...

I liked the first 14 seconds, I couldnt stand the Synth sounds. If I were in your shoes I'd exploit that theme you had in those 14 seconds and expand on them (thats my preference), I like those funk/jazz beats. peace man,

It's definitely a demo.

What I would recommend to you is that you turn the synths down. It's overwhelming everything else. And that weird brass-sounding instrument definitely should not come in at all when those synths are playing because it has no melodic resonance with either synths.

Another lesser problem is the chord progression. There's something that I don't like about it, but I can't put my finger on it.

Not too bad though, it sounds like a great beat to rap to. I hope the finished copy turns out as great as I think it will.
