"Ikou Ze!", or "Iku Ze!" i think is Japenese for "Let's Go!"
(Airship Ride) ---- or ---- (Traversing The Map)

Saying that, this is the happy-themed main mac8dec submission by me.
I kinda think of an Airship Ride when listening to this, well

This is my first PROPER project with my new software and sequencer where intero didn't help me! :D
well please enjoy, and cross your fingers for the top 10 :D
Special Thanks Intero!!

UPDATED: As requested the last 2 notes have been changed to strings XD
UPDATED: OK, I have spent alot of time boosting the bass and equalising - but I think it's ready now! ^^

good luck everyone in MAC8!

I would eat this.

This is tasty. If it was a sock puppet, I would put it on my hand.
If I can be serious, it's really nicely done and would be a great song for backing music because it's powerful but not overwhelming. Be proud of it. What's Mac? Music and Composing? that's my guess.. Good luck all the same.

Thanks assassin an unusual summary for an audio track lol xD

Mac is the audio contest every month, check the audio forum.

You should listen to intero's Ikou Ze Ni - it's SO much better than this one :D

thanks again

Could defniitely see this as

an adventure/airship theme; certainly has that uppity bounce to it. The samples used are quite nice as well, and the mixing is pretty clear for the most part.

It is kind of on the short side though - to me, it almost felt like an introduction section to the main section for something, especially with how the ending was phrased. It'd probably help if you extended the last section some more, or added an intro to the intro (the entrance felt just a bit abrupt).

Also, for the first two parts that repeated, I'd change the cadence in the first one so that it is less resolute than the second one (such as taking out that suspension), so that's where the emphasis is placed

All in all, pretty nice work though. Looking forward to more from you.

For the intro I always imagined a kind of Airship ride, when you take the wheel and shows you on the world map

Like FF3 I deliberately made the intro straight into the tune.

The first part of the first section originally sounded very empty - but I still wanted to add more instruments and stuff in the second part - this is the best I could get it :(

As I can tell - impressing you is gonna be a hard job, but I will do it!

lets go adventureing

yea. it really makes me wanna go out on and adventure. this song really works for that.

Thanks Frozensnakee :-)

you should hear Intero's Ikou Ze Ni *it's alot better ;)

Felt like i was on a world map

for looping purposes, those two brass notes at the end should definatly be played by a string...nice job otherwise
