**edit** this used to have a really lame intro, so i decided to just cut it out.
welly well wells...this was first to be just a song that had a hip hop style but then the thought of my best friend, my companion, my lover, and my everything was going to leave to a different state for a while. So while in the middle of the song it started sounding sad so then i just built off of that and kept going and it turned out really great. I incorporated a lot of emotion in the end with the piano solo. I hope you audience enjoy it.

Nice chords
I'm enjoying the chords progression, almost feels kind of baroque-ish (especially dominant 7th chord, which made me think it was going to go into sequence or something heh). I'm not so hot about the piano solo though (or at least the specific sample you've chosen) - it feels a bit too incisive and sharp in contrast with the rest of the piece. Those transitions feel kind of awkward too - but it's probably cause there isn't vocal line over this. Mostly minor points, though - I'm still enjoying this thoroughly.
