There are three main parts to the song, and there is a time signature and tempo change occurring during the third part (with the guitars and the piano), right before the end, so I disagree about that.

But I agree I could've fleshed it out a bit more. Although at the time, I wanted the album to be bleak and whatnot, I agree it's a bit all-over-the-place and lacks focus.
