Been awhile since I updated...
Bass from NoX Legacy, yes the Bass from Megaman, only with the same attributes as Battle Network 2, and then some. He can adapt to any situation, and copy abilities, attacks, speed, or his very make-up, and make it more powerful, just by seeing it.
