We tried to hit the early metal era with this song, "simple and emotional" was the response of our first listener. We hope you feel the same about it.
A grand total of 8 hours work went into this early version. We are in the process of writting the solo section now.
You will notice the rhythm guitar drops out at various sections of the song. This is for the solo sections. Two guitars will forever be all you hear in any of my songs. This is due to the fact i only have a bassist/rhythm guitarist and myself.
We do play our instruments but we write our songs in FL we then transfer the midi language notes onto the classic fret board and away we go. fiddling with the Knobs and effects until the perfect sound is made.
Lyrics are witten for most of our songs but due to the lack of a mic can not at this time be recorded.

But it´s repetitive like wyldfyre1 wrote. But I should´nt say that my works are just the same.
It´s rock but with a little metal touch somewhere in it.

well im naturally a rhythm guitarist and im afraid it shows maybe a bit too strong in my songs. Slowly i've been breaking this, but i doubt i ever will until i learn to play the lead in some other songs. I will keep making music for as long as i get motivation.

Power and pain eh?
Power and pain are two very expressive words with alot of meaning behind them so when you write a song with the title it has alot of high expectations. I must say that this song didn't live up to what i was hoping to hear however that does not mean in any way its bad. Instead of power and pain i get a more stoner/running from the cops feel to this song. Its a bit repetitive but thats not bad in this case. The drums and guitar are nice to listen to.

Thanks i will probably change the name after a while... seems to be a habit of mine until i find something that sits right. I agree fully that the words power and pain are strong and it was to attract people like you (yeh i know sad).
Since i and my team have gotten a new drummer he's been adding well a pleasent touch to the songs. I owe this song actually to our new drummer.
After we have written the Lead's solo properly the song will be properly named and resubmitted until then i'm glad something in this song was pleasent to listen to.
