Well, being a fan of classical musik, like Beetoven, Bach, Mozart, Kurt Cobain, etc., I can say, this is really good. The only problem I hear with it is some distortion. Just needs smoothed out. I love the intro. You're right, it does add something to the whole thing. Shit, Not many people on here, including myself, could do something like this. It's a very beautiful piece that's well structured and, well, I love it. Keep it up, not many good classical musicians out there doing originals anymore.
Thanks for your insight :)
Yeah, when I exported the audio I made it a bit loud and it got a little crackly at the end. I probably should have fixed that quickly before uploading...
Yeah I think the intro really brings you into the piece, and like I said in my other response, it builds excitement.
And I love classical music :) - especially modern soundtracks of films and video games, but also the wonderful composers you mentioned ;)
I loved it! I just think the piano part wasn't very good. I loved the rest. 5/5 9/10 if u don't mind plz review my stuff 2. thx man and make more. i loved this piece.
Yeah you're right, the piano part is a bit harsh. I should have done better espescially since I'm a piano player.
That'll definitely be something I fix for the next version :)
I'll try to check out some of your songs but I'm really busy so I'm not sure if I'll get a chance to write a review. But I'm listening to your song I-Mirror-I right now and it's pretty cool ;)
You seem stuck in "rock" mode. You should make the strings that begin in the intro go on for a little longer. Otherwise, it's gon b k.
Thanks for the review.
I'm not quite sure how much you know about orchestral - I know I'm not an expert myself - but I don't think short strings (pizzicato I believe it is called) makes it 'rock' style. Give some famous composer a listen and I'm sure you'll hear many pizzicato strings.
I really like the pizzicato strings. I feel it adds some tension and excitement, building up the piece.
However, what I DO wish is that I had better pizzicato strings, not to mention better instruments overall. That is something I will have to invest at some point (I am only 16 at this point, and feel it would be better to save my money until I need the better instruments, when they are even better.)
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
