Lets just say I can help out those zero bombs
After submitting smooth Jazz or Ballads I kind of missed the power of C-tuned guitar, so I came up with a Metal track combined with orchestral quite atonal parts.
Stuff used:
sequencer - Reason (bundle with my soundcard)
midi controler - M-Audio Radium 49
soundcard - M-Audio Audiophile Delta 192
mixer - Behringer Eurorack UB1204FX-Pro
guitars - Vorson EDG-46 and Vorson V-190
guitar effect - Boss DS1
Additional effects added in FL demo version and rendered to wav.
Reverb and Compressor from Antress free plugins.
Choir free soundfonts from Papelmedia.
Enjoy
Edit:
As Sonofkirk suggested, I pushed a little bit the volume on rhythm guitar. Also I put different EQ on backing, more high frequencies to make the pad and strings more present.

Rock, Metal... all are same family to me :)
Thanx for review man, really appreciate this (sorry for the late answer, didnt check this track for a while).
Nice
Always enjoy your music. Most of the time there's just something so relaxing about it. If I remember you're particuraly jazz influenced, I can really tell with the guitar solos. Even though it says metal, there are so many styles you can feel in this piece its amazing.
Good job, wish I could be making music right now (well I am still writing, just not playing).
Hey, thanx.
I started making Metal before I've heard of Jazz (like 13~14) ... then I discovered Jazz when I was 18~20 aprox, since then I'm trying to combine those :))
Thanx for review.
Really dug this a lot.
Your musicianship is astounding, my dude. Some amazing work here.
Pretty cool mix of everything.
So I guess the only thing to do is listen and enjoy this bad boy.
Nice work my friend.

Hey, thanx.
Everything started with the chords (trying to find chords on my C tuned guitar, C-G-D-G-B-E)
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
