A short piece, took me a day of work to complete, using FL Studio.

This is my first submission, of hopefully many, to newgrounds (or any website for that matter). I have always wanted to try my hand at making music, and this is my first true-heartened attempt at doing so. I think it turned out pretty well.

Nothing really varies from the original, this was simply a project to get me acclimated to FL Studio and to see if I could regenerated the sounds of the original or my own accord. I feel my version has a "dreamier" feel to it, using the synth I used.

Please review fair, and also give any commentary that may help me in the future. Thanks for listening.

Even though as thecrazygamer said, I do enjoy the piano version a bit more/ kind of the same as this one, It made me think of Tales of Symphonia and with that, I give it an instant win. (:

Not my cup of Tea...

don't get me wrong...i like the piece, for it is done really well...but the piano version sounds better to me. Amazing job, though.

This is very beautiful and rather touching! *tears up* I can see this in a dream sequence or a flash back to the tortured hero's child hood to which he is a happy innocent child playing with his friends, who later betray him. *cries* truly beautiful!

Valfore-X-1 responds:

Wow really? I wouldn't have expected to express so much emotion through this piece...but thank you very much..

Very nice.

4/5, 9/10. I like the ambient touch you added to an already great song. The synth sound is awesome and you seemed to understand even the small nuances of this peice. You didn't do so much to make it your own, but a great version of an already great song. I give you plus points for knowing the ins and outs of the composition.

Quite peaceful

Really peaceful and relaxing. What game's this from, cause it sounds so familliar. I'm gonna guess Zelda.

Anyway the flow was perfect, the composition was very nice. For your first, this was AWESOME. Keep it up.

Valfore-X-1 responds:

Wow, thank you, that is very generous of you.

The original piece is called To Zanarkand by Nobuo Uematsu
