= = BE SURE TO CHECK OUT MY OTHER 8-BIT TRACKS, ALL LABELED AS 8-BIT FOR EASY FINDING = =

NOTE: This is an ORIGINAL song, NOT a remix of any 8-bit game.

This is Doctor Crafty's Castle, an original 8-bit piece with the idea in mind of being the background music for the final stages of a game. It's part of a new musical project I've just started, found at myspace(dot)com(slash)dae datheus .

This song strictly follows the NES hardware rules - no more than 3 wave channels at once + a noise channel. This means there are NEVER MORE THAN 3 NOTES PLAYING AT ANY GIVEN TIME, just like a real 8-bit NES chiptune. This is the first one I've done with a fade-out ending, I think.

Enjoy.

Awesome.Png has been damaged or broken.

I honestly love this Original Song, it makes me think of Megaman (either one through five, i never cared for the six OST) If i decided to make 8-bit-iness i would fail... terribly.
But i know i could do it if i wanted to, oh and Doctor Crafty's name makes me think of Doctor Wily.

great

before even listening to this, it is great. one last thing, where do you find these sounds ? is it like a pack for some software u r using ? where does this come from ?! great music, i love 8bit music.

Oh Bit Goodness!

I'll freakin' download this awesome piece of... final stage.

8-bits?

You can make an 32-bit???
8-bit stuff are old

Classic indeed!

Certainly had the retro feel I so love about game music. Fave'd just for the hell of it.
Good use of the NES system, composed like a professional. Kudos to you!
