For Dark Cut 3.

Not every Surgery is one where everybodies adrenaline is set to OVERDRIVE. There are times when things are standard. Just you, the patient, the wretched disease, and the midnight oil.

A very calm, minimalist ambient loop. Let it's simplicity just wash over you.

Frankly, I don't feel sorrowful at all when I'm listening to this. It is a nice, smooth tune which makes me reflect on a lot of things. It helps me to take a step back, pause for a moment and think about what's really important. Thank you for your wonderful contributions, MaestroRage :)

Well done. :)

I've heard a lot of songs, but I do believe this one takes my heart on a journey. When I listen to this song, it reminds of me of my short story that I'm currently writing, "The Sorrow" It's one paragraph were the man, Rizo, sits by his wife's bed, watching her slowly die from a poison that was injected. The words he says are, "My love for you will always stay... I won't be able to live much longer without you, and I won't find any other lover on this world... I will follow you shortly, and we will be together again, my love..." Well done. :)

I find this a very sad theme.

Considering the level it plays, not counting the treatment levels, just the surgery one, I find this to be a very emotional, very sad theme. The chances of the patient's survival look very grim, at best, and the notes displayed don't help to keep tears back. Thank God the sedation option is always available, and that you do end up saving him(hopefully), so he can see his family again. Still, all the themes in the game are fitting and beautiful.
