Too short

It's not a brilliant loop, but it does have potential. What I'd suggest is that you work on making the spaces between the notes equal, as there is one in the middle that is off by maybe a quarter of a second, but it makes such a difference, especially if it's on a track that loops over seven seconds.

When you get that sorted, loop it over and over for about 2-3 minutes, then expand upon it. Use this as the base and build up things like a beat, a melody and other bits and pieces to make the tune sound better. Sure, if you'regoing for an 8-Bit sounding loop, you don't have much to work with, but there is a lot more than you've got at present :)

good loop

there isn't much to this song, just a few notes and it's only a few seconds long, so I'd suggest adding some other sounds to it and making it longer, clear the static out as well, this could be a good intro to a longer techno song

The good thing is that it loops very well.

The bad thing is that it doesn't do that much else. Just a few beeping sounds with A LOT of static noises.

So, first of all, get rid of the static noises. Then, add more content to it. Like some drums and some melodies...

Well..

It does loop very well and it would be a pretty decent loop for a video game or a game related flash perhaps, but I think if you mad it either longer or add more content, or probably the best thing would be to do both, then the song would of been a very good loop for an RPG game or another game. Overall, add more content and more length and I can see this being a decent loop.
