I was inspired to make this ReMix after listening to somebody else's arrangement of the same theme, the Castle from Super Mario World. Like many others I've been a huge fan of the series' music for some time, but that particular theme is one of the most dark and exciting songs in any of the games, in my opinion. Even moreso than Bowser in Super Mario 64.

Anyway, the mix uses everything but the kitchen sink... huge custom synths, guitars, symphonic orchestra, church organ, you name it. I really wanted to bring out that ominous feel of the Castle theme and then amplify it further. Hope you enjoy it!

I can't believe I forgot to write a review!

Ever since I first heard this song, I was immediately entranced by it.

It's got a great beat, really well done composition... everything that makes a great remix.

It just screams epic in every facet.

This remix....was....EPIC CAKES! I mean this has to be the best remix of the Castle from Super Mario World I have ever heard! I love the instrumentation! I liked the variety in sound, it wasn't just the same level of sound the whole time; I would say the crescendo-ing but I didn't want to sound too refined xD Excellent work! I look forward to future remixes!

One of the best remixes I've ever heard. I like the theme even better then the original with all the guitars, organs etc.
