I held off on submitting this track because I wanted to release it in conjunction with Castle Crashers.

I made this remix of my song "don't" when Tom contacted me about using it for the desert level of the game some months ago. He explained that the industrial part was too noisy and didn't quite work with the level's atmosphere. He asked if either they could cut that part out or if I'd be willing to work on changing it for them. I was extremely excited, and I worked on getting this version of the song done as soon as I could. This is what I came up with.

It's kind of funny, because the style of this song isn't very much like my other music at all, but I was really inspired to go in this direction when Tom told me it was for the desert level.

I'm extremely proud to be a part of this project.

Enjoy the song, and if you have an Xbox 360, go buy Castle Crashers!

I love the atmosphere on this, extremely relaxing.
One of my favorites on the Castle Crashers soundtrack.

Great song and great remix. Just the title gets me depressed, next time think of a bit happier title

I'm a huge fan of these shimmering-desert-mirage themed musics. I'm just a sucker for the sitar, I guess.

The music flows almost like the dunes of a desert, even. There are several distinct climaxes throughout, each lending its own image.

Very good stuff.

snayk responds:

Thanks. I too just love the sitar.

love it

this really reminds me of the desert theme in wow and yes i play it >.> i like the song grats on having it on castle crashers

snayk responds:

Thanks! It is pretty cool to have my music used in a popular XBL game ^__^
