This was a project I did for my guitar teacher (who i dont go 2 nemore).

I liked these chords so I wanted to solo to it and had a rough idea of what I wanted it to sound like.
He told me to just sork on the solo and give it some integrity and make it short- like if this was a real song and I had a small part in it to say something or solo, what would I do?

So I came up with this, its a bit long for a quick solo, but I got it down so I could rpeat it with ease and it matched the song type real well :

This is one of the riffs I spent a good constant week on, making sure it was perfect, and sounded the way I wanted it too.

Litterally, I worked piece by piece, though its short it is seperated specific parts. Once I had each part in a specific order that I felt cooperated with the chords, I played the whole thing out.

It took me several times to get it perfect with no mistakes, but i recoorded and wrote over each recording just in case that solo was the perefect one.

The wah effect is all done by hand, just the slight bending of the strings to a higher note.

A lot of explination for a little 55sec solo ^^

I've got my guitar hooked up staright into my digital recorder- Which is a Bose.

I used a Crunch effect with a little distortion on the soloing guitar, but its pretty clean!

Glad You liked it
