Hey, guys. A couple of days ago, I was listening to some techno in the Audio Portal when I decided I was sick of being just an audience member to some of the amazing works that reside there; I wanted to express my creativity by making some of my own masterpieces. I downloaded the FL Studio 8 demo and started experimenting, and I came up with this little number.
While this isn't a masterpiece, it is a start. Keep in mind this is my first attempt at ever creating a work of music, so of course it's not gonna be anything jaw-droppingly epic. I am pretty proud of it though, and I'd appreciate any constructive critisim, as long as it remains constructive and you don't start bashing me or my music. After I become more aquainted and comfortable with FL Studio, I can begin making some true works of art. Please review and vote fairly! Thanks and enjoy.

For a first peice this is very good
however I thought it could have benefited from a subtle bassline. It sounds a bit bland in parts. I am a big fan of harmonies and countermelodies though, and the ones in this are truly stunning.
