I really like this one. I tied in a line I used in The Sleuth, with some tweaks, but still distinguishable as the same one. This is definitely he best one, I never said it was great but it's good. Repetitive, that's my new trademark. Highly distorted, and I know, yes, the lead is REALLY ANNOYING. But vote fairly, let me know how to improve. I'll try to learn quickly! I just learned how to automate (Thanks to Ph0ne), hopefully I can focus on improving technique now.
I guess you can look at my Detective series as a story of my improvement in my early days of FL8. Now I'm done with that, so I'm looking for another "story" to tell. Any suggestions- please leave them. Comments, ideas, anything to help me get better.
For those new to my music, The order of my Detective Series is this: The Sleuth, Discovered, The Pursuit, and this one- The Faceoff. I recommend listening to them in order for a better effect.

I wouldn't say perfect... But not many people like to be daring and make a fusion genre of Metal and Trance. I can make more like this if someone messages me with a request. I'm not wasting my time otherwise, 'cause not many people like my stuff anyways.

Amazing leads really!
I think that the leads are great, but the drums definitely need work! They don't sound in character with the rest of the song, it's out of place. Kinda like this, you wouldn't normally find oranges on an apple tree now would you? (i'd hope not anyways :P) Make the drums fit in with the rest of the song, and experiment, it's take a little bit, but I'm sure there's a way you can do that ;)

I think what you meant is the drums are a bit too... Dance-y if I may? I see what you mean, though. I probably should have gone for more of a sub-bass.
What I SHOULD do is get the full version and save my projects so I can fix them if need be. But that's several hundred dollars that I don't have >:-C
P.S. You can see oranges on apple trees if you do acid. I promise. You'll probably see pears, too. Except they'll be sexy women pears. And if it's a bad trip, they eat you alive after tying you down.
The only difference with me is that the above scenario is normal WITHOUT acid.
Easy on the fast dist and blood overdrive.
Really, just use it very lightly next time.

This was supposed to be a really distorted, almost metal-ish song, but I agree I kinda overdid it. Though, like I said, this is pretty much the sound I was going for. Except that friggin lead, but I'll be sure to check for annoying-ness next time I make a song. Though I used the built in dist on the 404, and I didn't even use one for my vanguards. I tend to overdo things and get lost in the new sound I've made.
You have no idea how many 404's and Sytrus' I've been through since I started making stuff.... I'm probably hitting in close to 100 now.
Didn't you like the guitar though?
