Newgrounds generally wants music, rather than one of sounds. Maybe you should consider submitting to FlashKit where they happily accept sound effects?

Don't just upload sound you made in >10 seconds here. It's a waste of bandwidth and site space. If you planned on having this as a part of a bigger scheme of audio, just save it onto your computer, it's much better. In fact, before you upload anything to NG, think about it first, then submit. And that goes for everyone. Seriously.
