Spoiler alert: The only good part of the movie is when the head character goes in a fps craze and leave a bloodbath behind.
And a personal 7/10 stars for this music from me.
ANCIENT ALERT
Produced in 2006.
I saw the shit movie "Doom" one day, and loved the intro vocals. So I simply built a song around it using a melody from one of my old old old songs from my time in FastTracker 2.08. It starts slowly and repetive, got the ambient interlude - and finishes off with a melody. Nothing really special here, but its still worth the upload at least :)
The Lyrics:
"In the year 2026,
archeologist working in the Nevada desert,
discovered a portal to an ancient city on Mars.
They called this portal 'The Arc'.
20 years later we are still struggling,
to understand why it was built,
and what happened to the civilization that built it"

I like this ´´Hey!´´ sound in the background and the lyrics.
I will watch tis movie!
Do not EVER watch this movie because you think I thought it was good :O
It's a steaming pile of luke-warm goat shit.
It's a horrible abomination of game to movie-making.
But I still treasure your review. Thanks =)
ooh ooh I know I know!!!!
they built the arc so that in the future you would make this music and allow people to rave all over the universe? Too corny? Who cares lol another great entry hopefully it stays alive and doesnt collect dust. Keep up the work my friend and Ill keep commenting.
Also grats on being my first fav artist
Too corny indeed, but its late as hell here - and the though of intergalactic dance-parties instead of going to work in two hours, did sound more fun though :p Thansk for the review and the 10 man =)
Hmmm
The simplicity is what makes this song so amazing. That one repetitive combination of notes, with the right ambiance, the vocal samples, the pads, the drums, everything works together and makes this song a great piece. At 2:15 is where the song becomes quite amusing, once the drums fall back in around 2:30, it becomes dance-able, and mostly enjoyable for the great additional instruments playing in the background.
Quite the track here, despite its simple outer sounds, it's still a winner.
Well, thanks :) You're right about the simplicity of it all. I actually made this entire song in one rainy night. That's never happened before. So Im glad someome likes it ... actually I love it :)
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
