A LOT of work
First, your guitar is a bit off beat and has terrible sound, the harmony is pretty much lost under the distortion. Second, the mixing is non existent. The vocal is so far behind the guitar it may as well not be there. You did no EQing at all, this is dominated entirely by mid frequency "honking" and far too much bass for a guitar. There is also a lot of outside noise; it sounds like you used one very low quality mic for both the guitar and vocal which just does not work.
Practice with a metronome and get your guitar in time.
Learn microphone technique or invest in an affordable direct line interface for a cleaner sound.
Learn about the fundamentals of mixing, EQ, metering, digital distortion (your track is clipping like mad), mastering, and effects (reverb, chorusing, etc.)
Invest in an affordable recording program once you practice enough to be worth recording, Pro Tools M-Powered is the best option, or Cubase.
