Hey
Hurricanes surround me.
MAC8 Music To Motion Submission YaY!
This is my first song with Reason 4.0, so you can bet this is alot of experimenting with Thor and the arpegiator. Although some of the arpeggios are actually sequenced in...Anyways, theres alot of everything in this track.
I really tryed my best to match the transitions in the movie with the transitions in my song, so that explains some of the randomness haha. I dont have the combination of the video and the song, but I'll link the forum topic so you can watch it with the video....

...and for those of you that are lazy, i found this works well with the ng visualizer starting at the puddle with 25 sec transitions...
Hey
Hurricanes surround me.
are you in the eye?
Since you're such a nice guy...
and since the most recent song had eight reviews compared to the single one for this (and the fact that I have this video) makes this a very easy choice to review.
First off, your ability to create atmosphere in your songs is amazing.
Always has been, I've been able to listen to your songs, close my eyes, and drift off.
I suppose the only real complaint I have with this song is the lack of a dominant lead. Granted, however, the video doesn't really let you have one.
The pad from the intro is well crafted, and the combination of the arp and kicks works very well. The snare (if that's what it is) also adds to the minimalist feel I get here.
Did I ever tell you that it was your music that convinced me to buy Reason?
In any case, this song is definitely one of the more awesome on NG.
So awesome, it's awesome in McBurger form. :D

its good
the quality is good, but there is something missing imo. im sorry not being able to say what. im odd in that way that when i listen to music i often want to relate it to scenes. and i couldnt really place this. still the quality is good
you should probably watch the video with it then...
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
