In case you are wondering, this is the song that plays during "Oil Ocean Zone Act 1". It also plays on Act 2.
I have no clue why this is my most viewed/downloaded song. In my opinion, it's honestly not that good, but thanks I guess

The reason why Oil Ocean's Act 1 music plays in Act 2 is because Sonic the Hedgehog 2 was released on Tuesday, November 24th, 1992, which is about 2 years before the release date of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (February 2nd, 1994), and that game was the first to have different music for each act
