Was inspired to make this song by some number teasers that were being put out by PvZ2: Reflourished, specifically the number 4 teaser (crazy).

This song has a lot of 4's: A 4/4 beat signature, 444 BPM and as close to hitting 4 minutes on the dot as feasibly possible. I guess this is also my fourth song to be inspired by the number 4 too... The BPM mostly ended up only being a suggestion though to be honest; this was more so composed as a 222 BPM song, because trying to do a coherent song at double that speed would be insane. That said, this song managed to also land on being exactly 444 bars long which is pretty neat!

In order to fit the whole thing into those 444 bars, I had to do a bit of part compression. This should be most obvious in the first half where you get intro, verse, pre-chorus, buildup, drop and the start of the bridge. Now I really know what it's like to compose a Geometry Dash piece lol

Adding effects to instruments is a bit different in LMMS than in a proper DAW btw, but I was able to use a healthy mix of bitcrush and valhalla echo alongside the usual mixing filters. I'm really happy with how this one turned out, now to make the fabled 444 playlist (～￣▽￣)～
