I really like this song and the messages it has, but there's something a little bit off. It might have been how it was exported, but it sounds like 128kbps. Your previous song has the same issue.
This is the second song for my newest album "Heart to Heart", I'm releasing it here on Newgrounds first before it hits media stores and youtube.
The album explores topics like self doubt, impostor syndrome and the fear of dying, it talks about a person on their deathbed, reminiscing of their life, past mistakes, doubts they have about themselves and ends with the ultimate acceptance of who they are, what they've become and that passing is a natural thing in life, not to be feared.
Obviously this is a short description as each song has vastly deeper meanings than this, but spoiling them would ruin the fun!.
Through the album and on every song there's a heartbeat pattern that plays on at least one section, sometimes it's not as recognizable as it is when it is played on the drums, but every song has this.
-----
I'm not going to give specifics on the meanings of each song as I'd love for people to come up with their meanings after the album comes out, but this one is hopeful, talks about loving life and opening your eyes to the many little amazing things around you.
Lyrics:
When you gaze into the sky
There's much more than meets the eye
If a star can shine so bright
Why can't you see
What you stand to lose
Time moves slowly
Through the rows
Like an ocean flows
And the wind just follows along
Take a look around you
And tell me what you see
It's not like you think it seems
Can't you see?
In the vastness of space you are
Swimming through a million stars
You gotta start seeing things
For what they are
And I
Just wanna see you shine
You're shrouded in the shadows of doubt
And they're keeping you locked
You're just a little homestarved

That's weird, it's exported in 320kbps 48khz, I'll check if something's off
amazing
