Veloci or Velocijammer is my OC and is a blue dinosaur who wears shades smokes cigarettes drinks and wears a smart collar that allows him to talk

He’s also a hyper intelligent government escaped experiment and former trained ex assassin

Despite it all and his traumatic past he’s surprisingly chill now

and humane behavior wise

He is not related to the Undertale universe or Deltarune but I make content with him in it sometimes with sprites so this was just fun to make
