Yeah, it is, but I'll go fix it and make it my own!
Maybe in the second part some drums to sound sharper and maybe some chimes or similar to sound off in the tapering off near the end. It does sound like an intro for a scratchy sharp edge style cartoon. Maybe make the ending notes longer for a second or two. Ends too suddenly, but nice. Nice work.
