I mean the title of the track should be pretty self-explanatory.

This track is a recap of the entire album, this track would’ve been impossible to make if it weren’t for the various things I learned and the experience I got from writing the 11 other tracks of the album. If you listen closely enough you can hear references to the other tracks of the album scattered around throughout the track.
