Well, this one took a while, and it's been a while since I've uploaded anything, but please enjoy.

ALL comments welcomed.

More mastering please

This tune would be awesome if we could tidy up that static touch at the tips of the notes - I tried everything that my headphones could offer me - turned off the bass, turned the volume down to a reasonable level and listened to the tune a few times through to make sure it wasn't interference from something else, but alas, we have this issue.

Still, when you can take that static out of the equation, this is a wonderful tune - quite a basic loop for a start, but it has that nice intro and outtro. If you can work on some variation for the middle, rather than just that sliding scale, it would be nice for the beat.

The melody that you threw in the middle isn't really anything to write home about - try making it move around the scale, rather than a line of notes that are all the same, then up for a few the same and down for another line - otherwise the tune is in danger of sounding too one dimensional.

Once these pieces are worked on, you can really take it to the next level.

thanks you pretty much pin-pointed everything that i duislike about most of my stuff.

well, I'll try and get work on them but it's all on my old computer so there's nothing really i can do about it now.

Thankyou though! Really appreciate it.

Damn static :P

Great build up effect during the song and pretty good variety throughout the entire thing. The static wasn't too bad in this one, but it still took away from the song a little bit. If the song was cleaned up perhaps it would be something good to use during the credits of a flash submission. A pretty good song to listen to though other than that noise.
Overall - Another good song that is only flawed by the static noise. So I know that you can make great audio. Good job and keep up the good work. (Try to get rid of the static in the future if you can, if you can't then I understand)

Yeah, I hate it too :(

Thanks again though, all of your reviews are vey much appreciated.

I like.

I like the whole sequence where the tone goes down, and then the drums play - that was great and pretty much made up the whole song. An impressive song with good background sounds. Keep up the good work.

Kind regards -

Thanks, I'm trying, and people like you make me that little bit better with every comment.

Thanks again!

so cool

the kind of epic background with that beat is a really interesting (and rare) combination, nicely evolving adding sounds slowly, was pretty good
but at some point i didn't feel changes on the song, it became a little repetitive later... so the beginning was my favorite part
it just needs you to fix that kind of static

Ahah the description as 'epic' makes it all worthwhile :P

Sorry about the static too.

Great, but...

This is a good song. I like the slow build up and the rhythm is also pretty good. But what ruins the song are the many static sounds in there. Too bad you don't know where they are coming from. Makes it harder to figure out what went wrong and where.
Did you try to simply reupload the song? Because it would be pretty sad to see this good song getting a low score just because of the statics...

Thanks for the advice, and I haven't tried uploading it again, mainly because it's on the hard drive of my other computer which unfortunately is screwed.

I'll try it as soon as I get my computer up and running again.
