I feel like this instrumental could be perfect for someone's movie or videogame. Some epic part where the sun is rising or someone is climbing a mountain or someone is having some big revelation or making some tough decision. Use it however you want!

I started with this chord progression that I loved

Eb7 --> Ab --> Abm / Db -- Bbm7

and I kept playing it over and over on the piano and hearing various melodies that I decided the trumpet and violins should take. I then tried to alter the melodies so they didn't interfere with each other and could be played all at the same time to create one swirling, sweeping loop. And then I got my friends to play all the parts :)
