I hear lots of video game tunes in there... Zelda ocean theme, pokemon, etc... what are you up to?
I didnt do anything likr that, unless it was subconcious XD
a very nice spriteful little piece. I heard some familiar phrases in there like a little bit of pokemon towards the middle. But i thought this piece was very well done honestly and I actually have to say I enjoyed your ending but would have taken the last bass note out.
hey thanks for the kind words. i do believe that last note was out of place XD, people say its zeldalike and i see why, but familiar phrases from pokemon? idk this was written off the top of my head and I may have subconciously put that in there. thanks for the review mate ^-^
I liked it. I couldn't decide between an 8 or 7 on the raateing but went with 8. Very good. Hope you do more as good as this if not better.
thx mate ^_^
Great job, love the style and instruments. Go Zelda! definitely Zeldalike, I can hear the choral parts too. I like it. Yeah I know endings are terrible aren't they. So I'm afraid I'll have to dock a point until you learn to make em better =), probably should have done a fade out type ending perhaps. More appropriate I think.
lol, thx 4 the review and constructive criticism. ^__^
there arent any choral parts, i think it just sounds like that because of the reverb environment i used. Imrelatively skilled with a reverb engine and know how to get the right chords out of certain environments using the overtones in a clarinet and trombone (you can thank my physics and band teachers XD).
I really didnt realise how zeldaish it actually was when i made it lol, but zeldas awesome :3 .
A very nice song. Agree with another reviewer, the trombone part gives it a big time Zelda feel to it. Saved and plan to listen to it often. Very whimsical and light. I'd have so much fun playing this on trombone! The part just sounds so smooth and fun. Great job!
its just a coincidental Zelda feel :3
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
