Tweaked a few settings, beefed up the low pass on the bass and arps, threw one on the lead synth, and added a panning effect for the arps, as well as a less-abrupt cutoff. Last arp rings out. These edits bring the complexity up to something on the Commodore Amiga, while the quality tweaks make it more believable, if that made any sense.

This is my take on the kind of music you would hear when checking out Commodore 64 Demoscene releases and things of that nature. Bass and arps are Commodore 64, drums are cymbal samples ran through a bitcrusher, as well as some samples I took from the NES game Klax. (I got Lx Rudis' permission to use them- he created the game.) Lead synth is a Korg MS-20. To give it an authentic feel, I ran the bass and arps through a low pass filter. Tell me what you think,

As WeezyF said...classic!

Really does remind me of the old NES/Arcade. Even though the music was never used in it, reminds me of F-Zero.
