The snow falls evenly, thickly on the ground. Not much to do here but sit, and stick around. The wind howls outside - and sounds like a distant crowd! The fire roars too - no sick leave on this ground.
I'm in and still in doubt. If this was the right time. To trip all this way out. And sit here and write rhyme. But at least there's time to sit, when this is going down. They say it'll snow all night! I'm excited to see the mounds... come morning.
Still warming the house. It's like a sauna.
But it'll cool with the night, till the view is too bright, right now my mood is insightful - will I view the view with delight, or will the snow be too deep, for the wheelbarrow wheels, should I have brought in more wood, to keep steaming this keep... or just be out in the cool like the fauna.
May not see more of the flora it's undercover - but you're up in the morn' huh?

Hope it does! We didn't get much real winter here this winter, usually January-February is when it really hits, global warming man...

Well I did happen to be on vacation the day I both wrote recorded and uploaded this, so for this one you're right. XD It's gotta be all done on the day in question though! Rare are the exceptions. I do prep a little extra material just incase, that's usually all left over once Inktober's over... material for a separate mixtape sometime maybe.

Yupp yupp, a third over a third and still rolling. :) After those initial few days that seem to compound way more than a day each time really does fly this month...
So, are we expecting a ballad for the salad?

The Salad Ballad probability is somewhat uncertain! Have not shoveled away the snow yet, it does insulate a bit, may be it's totally fine, I can't see it...
It snowed a LOT. Still snowing. Less garden work more shoveling today...
