This is my track made for the NGADM Quarterfinals, this time I decided to bring this little jazz gem, I wanted to express the happiness in the madness, and above all the wonders that human beings can do if we unite. It took me about 18 hours, in these 2 weeks I was running with the composition, but I'm satisfied with the result, I hope you like it too. enjoy!

Amazing
I like the dreamy sound design and tranquil mood at the beginning. The fade-in at the beginning threw me off a bit, though - sounds a bit unnatural for a piece like this. That said, the texture comes together really well by :18, and I love the melodies and crisp drums. The rhythmic content and progression are also good, and the organ riff at 1:10 hits the spot after a high-octane first minute of content. This piece is full of variety, and yet it’s so smooth-flowing. The production is also rather good, although at times I would’ve liked to hear a tad more of the drums in the mix. Still, you’ve thoroughly knocked this one out of the park, FJOB. Killer melodies, sound design, mixing, and beats here. Keep it up! ^_^

Y'all are making this event really hard to judge you know ? One round you beat our expectations, and the next you somehow top the new ones too. Seriously, it's criminal how good these last rounds have been.
Your entry particularly subverted my expectations, I was expecting a nice and chill song, and then you decided to release your arsenal of instruments.
Every damn aspect of this song is extremely well crafted. The song is amazingly produced and composed, has a ton of interesting details, the vibe is unreal ! I'd say I want more of this, but I'd be extremely greedy by doing so considering how much you already delivered.
If this doesn't end up as my suprise favourite entry for this round, I'll eat my shoe (my surprise favourite last round was Spoon, your opponent by the way).
Anyway, this is criminally good and something I'd expect from the final round instead of the quarters. I wanted to wrap the judging fast, but I couldn't stop listening to this and I unironically pictured someone dancing on it. I am confused, I am impressed and I am proud of you, so yeah, I'd say you nailed it chief !
Edit : Please upload it on Soundcloud, I wanna have it in my playlist x')
Thank you very much for the good comments, I already updated on soundcloud so you can listen to it whenever you want.

I don't really know how to critique jazz despite having played in a jazz ensemble, but let me just say that I sincerely enjoyed this. There are some minor critiques -- mix related, as I think you've actually done an excellent job with articulations this time around. Woah.
I think the brass is actually a bit too loud to be sustained by the rest of the composition, and the low mids have been sucked out it seems from the piece. A more balanced, centered low brass section would fill this out. A bit more centered kick and snare would help as well. Strings also could be pushed a bit further into the back with the exception of 1st/2nd violin
I find I wanted this piece to go on forever. It's spicy
Thank you for the constructive criticism of the composition, I will take into account all the points you have specified to improve it soon
