I've done a lot of work on this since the original submission. This includes revision of most of the main instruments, the addition of a new instrument, but, oddly enough, no actual change in notation. I guess that's the idea that sticks through the other changes.

The instrument I added takes an obvious supporting role but is reasonably close to the front of the aural stage, so you get your treble in there.

The lead is a lot richer-sounding and the notes sound a lot more even, while the attack and release of the synth pads has been shortened dramatically. Those are the extent of the actual changes to existing instruments.

I'm not sure how, but the distortion for the percussion got cranked up a lot. I might edit that out, it's just annoying.

This certainly has a lot of work to do. In moving from my original to complete this piece, it definitely took some real hits. There will definitely be a v3 to this one.

Now, all the melodies and stuff in this get recycled, used in more than one phrase, often the same one repeating throughout. This leaves an obvious instrument sticking way out. From 1:11 to 1:39, there's that instrument with the downwards-only automatic filter. I don't use it at any point but that one phrase. What's up with that?

Even before i had listened to all of it (About thirty seconds) i knew it was awesome. sounds very sinister, and picks up plenty of action as it goes along. the only thing i would change is to make it progress a little more gradually after 2:22.
