So I'm trying to make some decent sounding metal in fruity loops, and I'm curios on what you guys think about it so far? Tips ideas are more than welcome.

PS: The title is a workingtitle, if anyone has an idea for a title I'd love to hear it.

Incredible!! Spectacular!!! Fantastic!!!! ...and it's good, too.

A symphonic metal song like this should be at least four minutes with a lot of variation in chord progressions and key changes (Em to C#M to F#m, ect.) This is a wonderful start, and the only thing I have against it is the Dsus4 you use. I think that it would sound cooler if instead of holding the Dsus4 for 4 full beats, hold it for 2 beats and then D major for the remaining 2 beats. I'd also love to hear some strings when you're done.

I've got a couple cheesy titles: "Intergalactic Warfare," "Mercury's Dawn," and "Supernova." I hope you come up with a better title than these, lol.

I don't know if I'm going to complete it at all, as I fried the pc it was on with coffee. Thanks for the comment anyway. nice to see that people aprecciate my works, even when its shit :P

um rm

Real metal is played on a real guitar

This does NOT belong here, have fun with your software

Kudos, Wolfe

anmarthi responds:

For your information, I did not have my guitar with me when I made this ditty. If you voted low because you think it sucked in general, thats ok, but voting low based on the fact that it hasn't got real guitars in it is retarded.

anmarthi responds:

Symph metal would probably be a better description.
