This song is what I envision in coming to terms with the reality that is, in this POV, the person closest to you dying by mortal hands. So it fills ye with a vengeance that wants you to avenge the death of your most dearest person. I wanted this song to be a follow up to the song On That Fateful Day to correlate the ties of a last stand and the passing of a torch in terms of some heroic aspects. Pretty hard to tie some electronic and rock genres together, but it works! I loved this project, and weirdly enough, it is one I had to do a total do over since this is a very old project!
