sweet - glitchy stuff! inspiring
i suppose it may be unfair, because i love stuff like this - i really want to hear the finished song.
makes me want to go out and put together a glitch song (i really don't think i've tried one of those yet - something vaguely 'like' d'n'b is the closet i think i've come.
nice work here! no really though, the mix is really good. what's your monitoring setup like? speakers? headphones? amp?
The Glitchy sounds are randomizations with very VERY high pitched synths.
The gap-effect is a simple little Buzz-effect adapter (SAVAGE GAPS) sent to the "Cicada" effect I came up with, and the Drum-loop.
I use Sennheiser audiophile quality headphones (Huge freq range!), An AMD Turion64 (2.4ghz) which can barely pump out the sounds on FL (especially with several Z3Ta+ bass samples.)
Working on some Grime lately... It is going to be Massive, all these posts are just tid-bits of practice Until i get the urge to actually spend 7 hours and finish something.
Also, I have learned FL strictly on Trial-Error lol. No direct music backgrounds... I am in the open (total). I still find new stuff every day when I use FL.
Although I have been grooving with NeuralFusion, I wish someone IRL would teach me. Blargh, Minnesota.
