Now this takes a more Persian-Roman inspired take for the Garuda faction. I've explained who they are, but in this, I'll further explain more. Garuda is the faction that I believe would be described as assassin's selling their services for a big price. These of course include merchants who are possibly the best in trades. And their skills isn't to be scoffed at since they are good at what they do. I made the theme to have an empire that is small assert a domineering presence to all who dare to engage against them.
