You should up the sound of the guitar and keep the vocals the same. I found that your voice was a bit off key at times. Still, not a bad track, though.

Alright, Well, I'm not going to lie, your singing was a bit off-key at times, but in general it's not a bad song! Now, I remember liking the guitar in the first version, but this time you turned the vocals up and didn't let me hear it! You have to balance the guitar AND the vocals and let it blend. Also, on those notes you're not so sure where exactly you want to hit it with your voice, rehearse it a couple times until it sounds just right. You'd be surprised what a couple of good run-throughs and a little extra effort will do. Keep it Up!

I´m going to see the whole song with a guitarist tomorrow, And I think a very different thing will come up, but hopefully the things that made the "original" cool will remain.
I´m far from a professional singer, but I can hopefully improve.
