I'm going to try to be polite, and I assure you, that if I come of harsh at any points, I do not mean it.
I just never really understood why people interested in solo performance would choose an instrument such as a clarinet. Don't get me wrong, all music has strengths in a lot of ways, but solo performance is not one of the clarinet's strong suits. I am definitely glad that you have decided to pursue a musical instrument, but maybe, if you'd like to record pieces such as this, you should consider another instrument such as the piano or guitar. They are probably the most versatile instruments out there.
I really love this song, I wouldn't have searched for it otherwise. You probably should have made it more clear that it was a Billy Joel song, but I'm assuming that you didn't mean to mislead anyone.
It was a bit repetitive. I know that the song gets that way if you take out the varied lyrics, but then you should probably add your own little twist or just not record four minutes and forty seconds of it.
Good clarinet playing, though. :D
In case you can't tell, clarinet obviously isn't my thing unless it's part of a symphony, but if you love it, then stick to it. Don't let anyone else tell you otherwise.
