First off that sample in the backround is horrible, it doesnt fit at all. Theres no sign of any kind of exposition in the track, although that could be forgiven if the lyrics were intresting enough.However the "I hate the establishment" type lyrics arent all that intresting.

That deep sound ruined it.

That XZZZZZ thing goes over your voice and all other instrumental. Not to mention it sounds like crap. Replace it with a double bass (string) and it'll rock.
