Here it is the second movement, the desert! For the first part I wanted to keep a moving pace kind of like in the shows where people constantly travel the deserts. Eventually it ends and goes into nightfall but it isn't a simple night there. It's the opposite of day, it's very cold as opposed to the scorching day. To represent this, I wanted to use some technical passages that get progressively harder to completely destroy any sense of movement, this being replaced with progression. And then eventually with a few more solos representing the sunrise we get to the ending, high noon. The most powerful and brutal part of the day and the most powerful part of the movement. Ending in a almost cinematic like finish.
