I decided to make an arrangement of one of my fav Sonic 3 tracks. It's a lot of fans' least favorite but it's funky and weird, so I naturally just like it.
Tried to make it as close to an studio version as possible, like a SEGA CD version of the track or something. Includes Act 2, which is just the same track but some parts are removed.
