The vocals from your brother sound (when it's audible) run backwards, or something. Is that the case? Anyway, I really love the drums in the song.

snayk responds:

Some of the samples are backwards, yes. Glad you like it!

Wow your brother is one two three four years old...

Does that make him ten years old in total?

snayk responds:

No, four.

Glad you liked the song!

Boards of Canada with a touch of The Flashbulb

This is my first review here, but I thought it was worth starting for you, since you make really good music. I'm just barely starting to make music, and this song reminds the music-makers that it's okay to mix contrasting elements together [like the slow tempo with the glitches later on] and to make songs that don't fall into a genre.

Parts of this song also remind me of subdued parts of NIN songs [like Numb, and stuff from 'Further Down the Spiral']

Anyway, I might use some of your loops and snippets as practice-pieces down the line.

snayk responds:

Hey, thanks for the review!

I'm a huge fan of Boards of Canada and NIN, so I'm extremely flattered that you'd compare me to them. I'm not familiar with The Flashbulb, though I've heard the name and will definitely look into it.

Good to hear from you. Best of luck with your music projects, and thanks again.

It's a good song, but i couldn't really hear what your brother was saying.

snayk responds:

Thanks! I like the level of his voice. I didn't want it to be too overpowering.
