Good Start...
The only problem is the repetiveness. It needs to have some random sounds in it, or maybe a line of buzzing techno sounds that constantly changes, sort of like the one that starts around 0:48.

nothing fancy but it doesn't suck
personally i think it'll go into trance even if the bass puts it in techno
