Inspiration

I hated that level with a passion, but this gave me a great idea. If SEGA remade the boss for this stage then sonic could be running under water chasing after the boss, and then at 00:18 all of the sudden the ground slopes up and sonic starts running on the surface of the water and has to fight Eggman as he's running on water.
