This is, like, just some uncategorisable happy electronica. Ok, there is some edge and darkness here, but the positivity of a major pentatonic scale still prevails. There's some experimentation and development as well, but it's not too weird and changeful (like my last song). It's not so long that it's repetitive, and not too short either (still could be a bit longer though, I feel). So... it's like just right, right? Uhh, maybe mixing and "mastering" could be better? But then, I don't really know what could be wrong here, so it kinda cancels out…?
Seriously now, this time, it's a song for the 'Loopop Superbooth 2021 contest'. I didn't think at first that I would participate, but once I got an idea from playing with the supplied sample pack, I just had to continue, though I decided to scale down my scope a bit, as a new university semester has begun.
About the track title now, it's a synthesiser pun. There's both an east-coast-style lead and a west-coast-style one. The song starts with the first one, then the second one takes the lead and in the finale both coasts work together. Thereby, the song is kinda going from coast to coast.
